Return Policy

Oudbee Perfumes currently does not offer returns or exchanges for any orders due to the nature of our products. We provide all our fragrances in decant or trial 50ML sizes, allowing customers to sample our offerings without committing to a full-size 100ML purchase. We suggest opting for a decant/trial size if you are uncertain about a fragrance. For any disputes regarding an order, please contact us at info@oudbee.com.

Perfumes are considered non-returnable items.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product received is damaged or defective.

Decants/Samples, specifically the 50ML size, are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

The customer is responsible for returning the product to our address in case of a return.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used, due to health and hygiene reasons.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for items that are returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused. Any shipping fees incurred by returning the product will not be refunded. The exception is if we have made a shipping error.

Returns not adhering to our policy or returned without an RMA# may be sent back to the customer or disposed of upon request.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are granted based on the condition of the returned item upon receipt.

Refunds will be credited back to the Source Account. Customers need to provide their bank details for the refund.

Note: All refunds are processed after deducting a nominal fee of 2.5% (associated with payment gateway fees).

For Failed Online Transactions, refunds are automatically reverted to the source account and may take up to 7 working days (please note: We do not retain this amount).

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This could be due to various reasons, including but not limited to availability constraints, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or quality concerns related to the product. Additional verification or information may be required before we accept an order.

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement to ensure rapid dispatch and superior delivery service. To cancel an order, please send your Order ID and cancellation reason to info@oudbee.com.
